Palette Collect's Boutique Hotel Ha Long

New accommodation, clean and beautiful. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent.

Excellent for visiting the beach, the cable car, and close to the port for bay cruises. The area is quiet, though there aren't many facilities around. The guys at the reception are fantastic; they help with everything and offer great advice.

This hotel is located on French Street. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful; despite our broken English, communication was smooth. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and within walking distance of the international pier and Sun World. For breakfast, you can choose from chicken pho, fried noodles, and toast with eggs.

This hotel is really great and easy to find. The rooms are lovely and clean, and the water pressure is excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with both scooter rental and booking a bus back to Hanoi. If I ever come back to Ha Long, I'll definitely stay here again. The hotel has been rebranded as Ha Long Essence Boutique Hotel. Before I left, the staff even gave me two bottles of water, which was a very thoughtful touch! ❤️
