Wonderful bay view. Panoramic windows. Everything was superb.

I don't know what the room was like, I didn't check in. It took less than half an hour to cancel after I placed the order, and it was still uncancellable. Plus, it was a private room. The communication efficiency was terrible, and the attitude was awful. I never leave reviews, but this one was awful. I was left out in the blazing sun for half an hour, and when they said they'd send someone to pick me up, no one showed up. They also refused to cancel, even after I tried to negotiate with the platform.

The room was beautiful and comfortable overall, but the drain holes needed to be cleaned. The bathroom floor was flooded after showering, so I had to dig the drain holes myself and clean the hair from the previous tenant.

The room is very nice and the price is reasonable. My husband and I went together and had private space. The staff is very enthusiastic.

This GB hotel is a homestay, and I couldn’t find it even after searching for a long time. It’s not managed like a hotel, so I have to call someone to pick me up because I personally bought hotel rooms and made money. There’s no breakfast, and I don’t know how the cleaning is. No refund; you don’t even know if there is a camera in this ghost room

First time to Halong Bay to play, the hotel is located by the sea location is very good. I saw this on Journey and tried to stay. Because it was the weekend, I expected the price would be higher for more people. When booking online the price was relatively low did not expect too good, arrived at the hotel found great value for money, very good worth recommending.
