Extremely unprofessional behavior for a hotel at this level. We simply moved the twin beds together, which is completely normal in any hotel. However, at checkout, staff insisted we go back to the room to separate the beds ourselves, or face a “penalty” based on a so-called policy that was never communicated anywhere. Even worse, they claimed there was an “electrical system between the beds,” which does not match the actual room setup at all. No written policy, no clear explanation, and this kind of handling is completely unacceptable. This is not how a 4–5 star hotel should operate. Very disappointing and poorly ha

The room was genuinely spacious, over 40 square meters. I stayed in a city-view room on the 30th floor, offering an expansive view. It's close to the beach, and the surrounding area is quiet. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor directly, which takes a bit of getting used to. There was an induction cooktop and a washing machine in the room, but we were told they couldn't be used. A particular issue was the hot water, which wasn't continuous; if you showered for too long, it would run out, which I found perplexing. The cleanliness and service were otherwise acceptable.

Everything was pretty good overall, just the bed was a bit small. I wonder if that's because people in that area are generally on the smaller side.

Relatively new apartment-type hotel right by the beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. We arrived after 9pm and have to call a taxi to go out for food although if you don't mind there is a convenient store just behind the hotel where you can buy chips. bread and drinks. Nice selection of Vietnamese and western breakfast. And the rooftop bar is worth visiting to enjoy the sunset or just to enjoy the view. Bonus point for the yummy Vietnamese ice coffee. We were happy to stay there for 1 night as a stop to Halong bay. But there is not much to do in the vicinity.

Very surprise with the room window. Hotel should take action seriously. When the wind is strong.. a loud whistling/hoeling sound came through the gaps in the window... I decided to check out in 4hours after check out. I cannot sleep and stay whole night there. The window even moving hard with strong wind. Afraid that it would be broken.
