Oakwood Ha Long

It was a truly wonderful and cozy place. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. The interior was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles and were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their kind and professional attitude made us feel valued and well taken care of. The service was fast and well-coordinated, and everything was handled smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.

We stayed at Oakwood Ha Long for two nights as a family of eight and had a very pleasant overall experience. The villa felt luxurious and spacious, making it ideal for a larger family group. The property itself is well maintained and the facilities were impressive — we especially enjoyed the gym, the breakfast spread, and the efficient luggage handling which made check-in and check-out smooth. One area that fell short was the water provision. Each villa (with four rooms) receives only two bottles of water per room per day, and any additional bottles are chargeable. Given the hotel’s five-star positioning and price range, this felt unnecessarily restrictive and not quite in line with expectations for this level of hospitality. Overall, it’s a comfortable and upscale stay with great facilities, but small touches like more generous complimentary water would significantly improve the guest experience.

this villa is excellent. Everything is clean. They really helpful there to accommodate you and your family. They have so many cool things for the kids to play and enjoy, close to the beach, the food in the buffet and the restaurant was awesome. We will be back again and again, in fact the whole family really enjoyed this location, the family favourite place of all our travels in the last year. Good job.

This hotel is the most expensive one in Ha Long City. It's a villa-type hotel, designed for families or friends to enjoy meals together. However, all the tableware was locked up in the hotel, and there wasn't a single cup or pair of chopsticks to be found in the room. There were no napkins on the first floor either. The service doesn't meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

Good clean, visited during off peak so wasnt very busy. Servers at the pool could pop out more and see if customers need anything when ordering/or have ordered from within the restaurant. Other than that spa pool gym all good. Beach within walking distance, to get into town is 5-10min taxi ride away.

Overall excellent services from the staff. The dinner was delicious, the breakfast was standard. Only bad thing is the location, which is far from shops and restaurants. The whole is nice, clean and big enough for families. However, the air conditioning is not good enough, it's still warm in the living room, even we set it to low temperature.

We loved this hotel and it was right across the road from the beach. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of tasty food, amazing swimming pools and on my birthday they brought me a nice cake. They also decorated my room with happy birthday free of charge. Lovely place
