The front desk staff were very nice. There are basically no restaurants near the hotel, you have to walk fifteen minutes to find one. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough. There was a good variety of breakfast options and the fruit was fresh.

=) 1. All staff were very friendly and helpful! ＜3 2. Great location as it is far away from the city and therefore very peaceful and quiet. 3. Room cleanliness was good except for the stain on the floor mat, otherwise quite clean =/ 1. Shower - doesnt stay warm very long, it will turn cold very fast 2. Blanket very thin (as thin as bedsheet) not really suitable for cold weather.

The hotel is close to the Ha Long Bay wharf and the beach, which is convenient. There are also free bicycles. The front desk manager is enthusiastic and can communicate in simple Chinese and English. The buffet breakfast is also very good.

The front desk is staffed 24/7, and the service is warm and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, making for a really great stay. Definitely recommend it! It's also super close to the beach, just about a 15-minute walk at night.

Trip.com marketed the hotel as a 4-star property, but it felt more like a 3.5-star. However, having said that, my wife and I got very good value for money. The location is excellent, set in a new development area of Ha Long Bay, approximately a ten-minute walk straight down the road to the beach. There are several nice, reasonably priced restaurants nearby, including La Mer Hotel Restaurant and Vinace Italian Restaurant & Bar. Across the road from the Halong Lavender Hotel, a high-quality but expensive seafood restaurant has recently opened: Ocean of Gold 9999. The Halong Lavender Hotel also features a very nice pool with a view, as well as an upper deck where guests can enjoy an almost 180-degree panorama of the bay. Breakfast was tasty. Depending on hotel occupancy, we either had a buffet or ordered from a menu. However, the standout for my wife and me was the quality of service we received from the staff.

A small hotel but it has everything you need. Swimming pool ,rooftop garden with sea view, entertainment stage, clean and spacious breakfast restaurant... Staffs are very friendly, clean. Will recommend it to friends and family
