Paradise Hotel & Resort properties in Ha Long City

We had a memorable and exceptional stay at Paradise Elegance. From reservation, transport service, check-in process was seamless. Lunch buffet and Dinner was perfect, Vegan-vegetarian option is also available. We are are traveling for a wedding anniversary & birthday celebration, and we appreciated the efforts of Paradise Elegance in accomodating our special requests during our stay. Filipino staffs impecabble hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, the combination of delicious food, excellent service and warm ambiance made our stay at Paradise Elegance unforgettable.

Excellent location to overnight before taking a Ha Long Bay cruise. They even have a private beach to enjoy. The only negative is the breakfast. It’s pretty pricey and the meal selection is not that great. I would suggest skipping the additional costs and go around the corner to one of the many local restaurants.

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. I recommend this cruise accommodation.

From the first welcome drink to the goodbye wave, it all felt so personal. Joselito has this great energy, always smiling and chatting with guests. The sunset on the sundeck, with a cocktail in hand and Thuy making everyone laugh - pure magic.
