This is a very detailed and decent hot spring hotel. The staff of super friendly and helpful. The dining is traditional Japanese style and excellent. The view is very nice and I definitely recommend to my friends

There is an escalator on the first floor, but it is usually used upwards, so the stairs are the only way to get down to the lobby from the second floor.
The lead line from the room on the 4th floor to the elevator that goes to the bathhouse on the 6th floor is too long. Although the toilet in the bathroom is Japanese-style and has a nice atmosphere, it is disappointing that there is no toilet seat.

Although the view of Lake Hamana from the room was nice, I was very disappointed in the facilities and environment. There was no air purifier, no screens on the windows, and no consideration for ventilation. The motor of my old small refrigerator was so noisy that I had to unplug it at night. Although the facility was said to be conserving electricity, the dim lighting made the facility look dilapidated.

The building and rooms felt a little dated.
Escalators from the 1st to 2nd floors, elevators from the 2nd floor. I thought it would be nice if there was an elevator from the first floor.

口コミを見て鞠水亭を選びました。浜名湖の目の前にありロケーションは最高です。チェックイン前でしたが、快く荷物を預かっていただきました。建物自体は古いです。部屋には生花が飾ってあり素敵でした。ウェルカムドリンクとして、フリードリンクでした。お部屋にお茶はありましたが、袋入りの粉茶だったので、せっかく静岡にきたのだから茶葉からのお茶があると良かったです。お風呂のお湯はぬるめです。脱衣場は暗いですが、浴室は浜名湖が一望できます。しかし内風呂に蜂が沈んでいたり、露天風呂は細かい虫が無数に浮いていて、浸かると体に虫がついてとても不快でした。そのため温泉は一度しか入りませんでした…虫は立地上、仕方ないと思うので虫取り網があると良かったです。食事は量が多く残してしまいましたが、普通に美味しかったです。刺身は新鮮でしたし、胡麻豆腐は絶品でした。締めの鯛めしも味が良く、お行儀悪いですが、ほうじ茶をかけて頂いたら、更に美味しかったです。朝食はハーフバイキングで、主食や味噌汁、カレーがおかわり自由でした。おかずはご飯に合うものばかりで種類豊富でした。

両親のお祝いをするために、３世代、３家族で利用しました。 個室宴会場で大変良いお祝いができました。料理はとても美味しかったです。 足腰が弱っている両親にはベッド付きの部屋を予約しましたが、部屋は並びで部屋割りも大変よかったため、滞在中は大変有意義に過ごせました。部屋の設備はメンテナンスが行き届いており、よかったです。部屋からは浜名湖が一望でき、眺望はよかったです。部屋は広く、ゆったり過ごせました。
