There was a misunderstanding in the reservation, but it was resolved immediately.
it was very helpful. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day I stayed and I arrived a little late, so I couldn't see much, but the next morning it was sunny and I could see Hamamatsu Castle from my room, so the view was nice. The breakfast venue was also clean and I was able to eat comfortably. I think I had a comfortable time overall.

At the time of reception, I had to change my room due to circumstances, but the staff treated me with courtesy and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet included hitsumabushi, and there were many things that children could eat, which was very good. The view of Hamamatsu Castle from the room was also amazing.

お城側のお部屋で窓から浜松城が見れました。
夜にはライトアップされ、日中とは違った景色が見れて良かったです。
今回はツインで簡易ベッドを入れてもらって3人で泊まったので少し狭かったですが、ベッドのマットレスは好みの固さでよかったです。

一人旅でしたが、浜松城が見える部屋で、シングルルームではなくツインの広めのお部屋にしてくださり、ゆったり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。夕食を18階でうな重を頂こうと思い、18時頃行ったら予約で席が埋まってるとのことで、15分ほど待ちました。予約なしで大丈夫そうなことが書いてあったのに、だったら予約した方がよかったなぁと思いました。お茶やコーヒーが自由に飲めてよかったです。アメニティも必要な物だけとれるので十分でした。また行く機会があればまた泊まりたいホテルとなりました。
