Response from Property: この度はホテルソリッソ浜松にご予約を頂き誠にありがとうございます。急遽フライトが無くなりホテルもキャンセルせざるを得ない状況だったとのことで、心苦しく感じております。キャンセル料が免除できなかった理由として考えられるのは、「いかなる理由でもキャンセル料が100％発生するという条件の割引プランをご予約頂いていた」「エージェントからキャンセルの詳しい理由説明がなかった」「キャンセルのご連絡を頂いたタイミング」などが考えられます。あいにく、口コミを頂きましたお客様の情報は予約サイト側の都合でホテル側では閲覧できず、詳しいご予約状況を調べることが叶いませんでしたので、キャンセル不可となった理由は不明となっております。もし詳しい状況をお調べしたいという場合には当館公式HPのお問い合わせ欄よりメールを頂けますと幸いです。よろしくご検討下さいませ。
