Decent hotel for the price, however a from 6am someone started vacuuming and people were talking so loudly having no regard for people sleeping. Furthermore, our room was on the ground floor right next to a entrance door and stairs and the lobby so there was obviously always noise especially in the morning

It's quite old property with a decent breakfast option, but it's quite expensive for the service. Very old heating system and the room was cold.

We stayed for 5 days, the service was great an we'll recommend.

This hotel is very basic, not many amenities in and around the hotel. The service was ok not great. The TV is not smart, there is not much in the room. I didn't have food here but this place is abit of a distance from the town and where all the restaurants are. I would probably go for another hotel instead of this for the same price.

It was really kind of them to offer free luggage storage! We could also extend our stay after check-out time for €20 per hour.

My friends and I have enjoyed our stay in this fabulous hotel during our holidays and would like to give credit to one of the best host and customer service named Rolan who had been very entertaining and accommodating to all our needs. We had a fantastic time staying in the hotel, the place is pretty clean and the service staffs are all professional, will surely come back

We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg.
