The staff were very nice, and the location near the train station is convenient. I was surprised that it was quiet in the room despite being on a very busy street (I faced the back of the building). Perhaps some of the rooms were updated, but mine felt very old. It was clean and sufficient. The ability to print items at their little business center desk for free was really helpful, as I was traveling for business. And the public transportation card during my stay was really nice.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The tram station is also just a few minutes walk. The hotel offers free local transport pass that can be used on trams that go to all tourist spots and shopping centres. The hotel room does not have air-con, but there is a good electric fan. However, the hotel may not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are still some stairs after taking the elevator to most of the rooms.

Hotel settled in perfect location very close to Hamburg central station just 60 m and easy find it.
Many top attractions in Hamburg just in walking distance. But if you want to use any public transport, when i check in - the hotel staff give me free card to use bus or train for free too.
All staff i contact are helpful. But hotel amenities are not much such they don't hv water boiler in room / no refrigerator.
The room is v small but cozy & nice bed.

바쁜 와중에 예약하느라 예약 날짜를 하루일찍했네요
실수를 알고 바로 변경/취소 문의를 하였는데 불가능했습니다.
취소불가 요금이었기에 어쩔수 없는건 알지만 속상했습니다.
다음 기회에 묵게 될지 잘 모르겠습니다.

ビジネス利用。ハンブルク中央駅の前で立地は非常に良い。飲食店も駅ナカにもあるので困らない。駅前なので、夜は若干うるさい所があるが許容範囲。ロビーは狭い。たまたまかもしれないが、午前中に到着したが部屋に入る事ができた。
