Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines Hamburg. The location is great — not in the city centre, but super easy to get around with the S-Bahn and bus nearby. Being close to the port was a nice bonus too. Quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

We want to Hamburg to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was very kind to give us surprised anniversary gift. The room was big and clean. The hotel location is good, just few steps to the Portuguese quarter where we can find delicious dinings. Highly recommend!

We only stayed here for one night, booked without breakfast. The room is very spacious, comfortable beds, soundproof windows, so don't be afraid of the main road at the door. Very clean. With a small kitchenette. Unfortunately the hotplate didn't work. I would like to see some tea and coffee bags as an improvement

비싼 편에 속하는 호텔이지만, 비싼 만큼 값어치를 하는 좋은 레지던스 호텔입니다. 시내로 가는 데 매우 좋은 입지 조건을 가지고 있습니다. 함부르크 시청까지 걸어서 15분 정도니까요. 호텔 리셉션 직원들은 모두 친절했고, 독일어 할 줄 몰라도 영어를 할 줄 안다면 의사소통에 문제 없습니다. 스테레오랑 그 윗단계 단위의 방에 머물렀었는데, 두 곳 모두 깨끗하고 사용하기 좋았습니다. 호텔 조식은 '독일에서는 아침에 무얼 먹는지 궁금하다'고 한다면 한번쯤 경험하실 수 있겠습니다만, 개인적으론 비추합니다. 혹시 장기간 투숙하게 될 것 같다면 호텔 지하에 있는 세탁기를 쓰는 것도 고려해보세요. 한번에 5유로 들지만 괜찮습니다. 세탁 후 말리는 건 호텔방에서 하셔도 되니까요. 건조대 챙겨 올라오는 것 잊지 마십시오. 운동시설은 제가 이용하지 않았지만 종종 운동복 차림으로 런닝머신 뛰시는 분들 계시더라고요. 운동 루틴을 잃지 않으시려는 분들은 주변 지리를 익히기 전까지 이곳을 이용하시는 것이 효과적일 것 같습니다. 자판기는 마트 다녀오기 귀찮다면 이용할 수 있겠지만 웬만하면 마트를 이용하세요. 자판기 속 상품의 가격을 보면 '헐'하고 놀라실 겁니다. 길 건너에 EDEKA 있으니까 거길 한번 산책 삼아 다녀오시는 걸 추천합니다.
