The hotel is centrally located with good public transport links. The ambiance is modern and the cleanliness is good. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the staff leaves a little to be desired; they don't seem to be trained hospitality professionals. At breakfast, used dishes weren't cleared away, and a dirty, crumpled cloth was left out in the open. At the front desk, there was a lack of attentive gestures, for instance, at check-out, no one asked if everything was satisfactory or wished us a pleasant journey home. The fact that an earlier check-in, for example at 1:30 PM instead of 3 PM, costs an additional €30 is quite off-putting.
In the room, we disliked that the open shower was too short, making it impossible to shower normally without flooding the floor. Also, the toilet flush button was stuck, and there was limescale on the sink faucet. A positive highlight is the affordable overnight price, especially with children in the same room. If you are willing to overlook the aforementioned drawbacks, the hotel is recommendable.
