The location felt little outcast from the city of Hamburg. Humble staff but no housekeeping. We asked for extra pillow and blanket for our child and they were helpless. Never had such response from any staff. Parking surprisingly also was chargeable. Not at all worth.

Booked for just one night. I paid far too much, even though breakfast was included. The room was small, which was fine for me. However, when I got to the hotel room, there were spiders everywhere. The sheets weren't clean, and the heater was broken. The sheets were supposed to be clean, and the spiders were supposed to be completely gone. The hotel was lucky that I'm not afraid of spiders.
