The room appears smaller than the 23 sqm we booked, making it difficult for two people to open our luggage. There is no wardrobe or hangers, and the toilet had an unpleasant odor. On the first night, we checked in late due to a missed train. The front desk told us there was no free room to switch to and that we could ask again the next morning. On the second morning, they asked us to wait until after 12 pm. Since we couldn't stay at the hotel to wait — we returned around 8 pm and had a flight the next morning — we decided not to push further. on the positive side, the minibar was free. I also appreciate the hotel's generosity in offering free drinks.

I booked this hotel for my family. They said they slept more comfortably here than at the hotel I booked in Berlin. I had thought this hotel was very close to the train station, but they mentioned it was further than expected.

Nice hotel not far away from the Harbour attractions of Hamburg. The hotel staff was very kind and upon my request changed our room because of a bad odor from the restroom. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of choices. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is 30 euros for visitors and 20 euros for guests, still pretty expensive considering the hotel costs of about a hundred euros per night. But in general a good hotel experience. One bonus is the free drinks of the room bar, including two beers!

Free minibar really surprised us. They were also restocked every day. Amenities were excellent. Location was good tho not excellent. The worst part was the receptionist who checked us in looked like she really hated her job. Super rude.

Bad maintenance And bad hygiene: find left food from last customer in the mini bar. It’s totally moldy! The cup during breakfast is not clean washed with coffee mark inside!  The size and set up of business room is same as standard room, then why you charge more? Will not choose this hotel ever

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. Nice welcome, very lovely rooms. Very clean, friendly staff.

location not bad with bus stop outside the hotel and around 15-20min walk to hbf. hotel was clean and provided free minibar & coffee machine, as well as still and sparkling water. beds were comfortable with super soft pillows. staff were all v friendly :)

The front desk service was incredibly professional and attentive. The lobby has a lounge area with complimentary snacks and lemon water. Breakfast is rich and varied, and you can even take your coffee to go! What's particularly noteworthy is that I accidentally left my charger in the room because I was in a hurry. The hotel has promised to mail it to any address in Germany free of charge the next time I return!
