I would love the room, toilet, location, staff also nice. By the way from G to 1 floor don’t have elevator.

it’s close to the train station but the street is full of homeless people, but convenient to buy turkeys food .No kettle!

My favorite hotel whenever I visit Hamburg. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. It was dirty, outdated, and the staff was unhelpful. We got incorrect info about parking, and the neighborhood felt unsafe with a lot of unsavory people around at night. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We didn't arrive in time for 4 hours before the check-in time, we informed the hotel early, could help cancel the room for part of the cost, or change it to the next day, but they refused all requests, money was more important to them than the customer in distress. It's a terrible way of doing business that puts its own interests first.. Obviously we have had an accident, and send pictures of supporting information. in return for a refusal to settle for €60

Near Central train station, however the neighbourhood is quite messy with vendors on streets and many loitering nearby. Amenities a little short, pay for beverages and no kettle in room. Lift at intermediate floor.
