Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg

Unfortunately bad service and attitude throughout ruined the stay. The receptionists seemed to have an attitude. Other than the asian lady who was nicer and helpful. House keeping even left their dirty cloth and supplies in the room for 2 days.

Room lighting is good, room is clean!  Staff is nice and kind!  Very good stay experience

Great location for a city trip - main sights can be reached easily. Access to metro, shared bike directly in front of hotel. Rooms okay but do not expect the same service level/ quality compared to other steigenberger hotels.

Perfect location perfect price

a) check-in time 400pm, even when rooms are available, not willing to give out around noon. Have to repeatedly ask. b) computer system not flexible, if you have consecutive bookings, you have to check in multiple times, cannot ensure one can stay in the same room for multiple-consecutive bookings. Front desk is impatient /impolite in handling such requests. Inadequate front desk staff training. c) otherwise, hotel in a very convenient location, clean, tiny, well maintained rooms.

Excellent in all aspects.  Location is the best in Hamburg, together with services and breakfast.  Room is big and very clean.

Great location, very modern rooms and amazing breakfast buffet.

Front desk is understaffed, queuing is needed for most of the time especially check in and check out peak. Service is good though. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice.
