There must have been bugs, as I got several bites. The price was cheap and the location was in the city center, right by the train station. The customer service was friendly, and the breakfast was great value for money. There were also small performances in the evening.

The hotel is very large. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. The biggest downside is the hotel's location. The surrounding streets are very sketchy at night; I advise against going out late as I was shocked to see drug dealers openly in the middle of the street in a major city like Hamburg, even with police everywhere doing nothing. The hotel is close to the central station and not too far from the city center. The toilet and shower are very small; it's impossible to brush your teeth due to the cramped space.

The bathroom is even smaller than an airplane lavatory, making it difficult to turn around. It's a metal bunk bed, so if anyone moves on the top bunk, it shakes. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and it's quite noisy at night because it's close to the road. I recommend bringing earplugs. It's very close to both the train and bus stations. It's probably best not to go out at night. The internet didn't work; I'm not sure if it was their issue or mine. The common area is quite spacious though.

Satisfactory experience, the bathroom was small but the beds were comfortable and the reception was helpful.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a one-minute walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. However, the facilities are very poor. The room was incredibly small with bunk beds, and the bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around, and it was completely empty. I can tolerate no toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, or air conditioning, but no towels, duvets, or pillows at all? That's far too basic! And the price wasn't even cheap; I paid over 2000 RMB for a two-night stay in a four-person room, with no breakfast included. The surrounding area is also quite undesirable, with a lot of shady characters. I would absolutely not recommend this place if you're traveling with children.
