The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill

The Hotel was nice and the service was nice but the price you pay per night I wouldn’t say is worth it. The best are super uncomfortable and stiff and the rooms facing the street with a big window I feel should have like a dual curtain to you can at least open the curtain for lighting but you can’t because then everyone would be able to see in your room. Other than that it was a great visit.

Great service, comfy rooms, excellent location. This is a great hotel and I'll stay there next time I'm in town.

Everything was great except the beds. You guys got to step up comfortability on the beds they suck, but everything else, a plus

I could not travel this weekend due to the state of emergency weather. Hotel would not give me a comp. I did not want my money back…. Just a future room.

Room was ready 4 hours late so we had to sit in the lobby all evening. They made it up to us by giving us 2 breakfast vouchers for the next morning. When we went down to breakfast, it was closed because the vendor they use was late. Vouchers were worthless. They wound up putting us in an ADA room that had a shower head at neck height with no water pressure. Walls were paper thin - we could hear the show they were watching on the TV next door. 1 star for convenience to Spooky Nook and 1 star for the woman working by herself.

Room was in great condition but it’s pricey not being able to use the gym and having to buy breakfast most hotels have free breakfast to much just to rent a room.

This is our second stay at this Hotel as we stop for a visit with friends. It was nice to enjoy a reasonable priced meal in yiur new restaurant. The only difference from our forst stay was there was no welcome packages for our 2 cats (which they received at the fiat stay) Perhaps this is something that thwy sont do anymore? Very friendly staff at all i.nteraction. We love the early morning coffee available in the Lobby.

the warehouse was not the problem. ******* is the trouble! you changed the date form the 22 to 23. I stayed on the 22nd and I will never use your web site again. your very imposible to contact to cancel or change plans.. I purchased the $5.00 fee to cancel that did not work for me and you lock out the hotel so they can not change things, so as said never again.

Clean room. Friendly staff throughout. Excited to see it grow. Helpful hints: Handicap parking is NOT easily accessible. Valet parking would be great. No bars in the shower for those who need the safety. Toilet is super low!
