Receptionist was so welcoming.. thoughtful of her to turn on the heater for us in the room before our arrival.

When we arrived in the afternoon, no one was there. We only communicated via intercom. The key was in the room, and the door wasn't locked. That's how we checked in. This room was for disabled people, so the bathroom was quite large. The room was alright.

Handy for where we wanted to be Parking was great Staff friendly Kitchen was on the small side. Rubbish bin needed a lid. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery but we were given lots of bath mats. Beds were comfy. No noise from other guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a nice shower in the bathroom. However, the parking area was tight and difficult to back out when filled. I would recommend to the owners to put more hooks in the rooms for coats, towels etc. Also, have more than one small rubbish bin.

The carpets were dirty. Someone tried to open the door to our room twice late in the night. That was really disturbing. Sorry, we probably won’t stay here again.

Beautiful welcome. Spotless room. Got a better room than i booked. Please realise you are close to hospital so choppers do come at anytime.

The power plug was hanging out of the wall, the carpet was ripped & a trip hazard, there was a tablet under the sink. The stairs to get up to the room was dangerous, carrying a suit case. The stairs were 14 steps straight up, very hard to get two suitcases up the stairs without hurting your self. Road noise also.
