Tracy was great and very responsive. We got to the apartment very late after our Hobbiton tour and was happy to see many food options. Check in was easy with the instructions provided. Stay was pleasant and the apartment was well furnished with very new dishwasher, kitchen utilities and washing machine. Our only minor complaint is that we wished there was a dryer for our clothes as well. Highly recommended. Once again, thank you Tracy. Regards. Jon

Was a pleasant stay. Even extended one more round of stay because of how spacious the place can be. Well equipped and priced was competitive around the area. Staff was helpful and very understanding. There's a mini gym and pool. Room are clean and kitchen is well equipped. Was a pleasant stay! Will be here again for sure

Was a nice room, very spacious and clean. The only complaint was that we had to drive to a different location to check-in. Used it as a stopping off point for activities on the north island, like Hobbiton and the thermal wonderland.

Nice and Tidy motel with a very nice Tub for spa

Loved the night stay convenient for the purpose we were there Accomodation was Perfect very clean with Balcony only downfall having to walk up 2 flights of Stairs to get our room Overall lovely place to stay

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.

Hygate Motel offers a quiet and clean environment that made for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities conveniently provided. The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was close to shops and cafes. There was also ample parking space, which made everything more convenient. Overall, a highly satisfying experience for the price.

Good clean and quite place to stay with family also friendly customer service

Compared to my last stay, this room is closer to the inner part of the floor, making it relatively quieter. The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, and all my friends gave positive feedback about their stay. There are free parking spaces in the courtyard, which are safe and convenient.

It was nice. We love the jacuzzi in our room and it's comfy
