Mercure Hotel Hamm Reviews

Front desk friendly, hotel feels a little dated. See pictures, in regards to the amenities a simple bottle of water would have been a nice touch (like you get it every where else). The smallest available tv in the room, making it hard to see from the adjacent bed. Biggest mishap during the stay was that the housekeeping lady opened the door without knocking or ringing any bell, in my view this is housekeeping 101 and should not happen and staff should be retrained and it should be enforced strictly if you want to call yourself 4 star hotel!!!

Excellent server, good location, nice staff, suggested hotel.

The breakfast was good, and the service was satisfactory. I used the underground parking, which cost 9 euros. The building and facilities felt a bit outdated. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The room was nice, but we couldn't find a parking spot that day. We circled around several times and finally parked in the spot across the street, which cost 15 euros – too expensive! The front desk service was good, and the breakfast was quite plentiful!

The room was decent, but its main advantage was its proximity to the train station, within walking distance. There were restaurants nearby, but getting a taxi could be difficult. The breakfast was quite substantial, with warm bread with cheese or honey, both of which were good.

Das Hotel is generell ok. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte insbesondere im Badezimmerbereich, dringend eine Auffrischung/Sanierung! Schöne Bar, leider nur sporadisch offen und keine Möglichkeit, etwas kleines zu essen ausser Frühstück.

Alles owe man es von Mercure kennt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten Gutes Frühstück, gepflegte Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, lediglich eine etwas größere Auswahl an veganen Optionen wäre wünschenswert. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack etwas weich. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal, die großen Zimmer sowie die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück ist gut.
