Hotel Riviera

Wow! what can we say we visited for the third time in 13 months Hotel Riviera is brilliant there is something for everyone this time was a little different as under new management and was a lovely change the restaurant is lovely and clean and a wide range of foods for all the desserts are lovely and staff are always friendly Reception area is nice and clean and a lovely place to cool off from the hot sun all decorated in Tunisian style culture style marble floors through out.. a little shop always handy reception staff are always happy to help with anything.. Indoor pool and the spa is a must if it interests you there's is different types to choose Nadir is very helpful Captain Jack is your trip guy he's lovely and will never let you down and Fitty is the camera man he did us some lovely pictures..The bar staff are great always polite there's a little children's section in the no smoking area at the bar for smaller children to entertain the gardens and pool area are kept lovely and clean lots of activities on all day for all ages Led by the entertainment staff they are all so friendly and do a great job there's a little shop and Tattoos also available I had a couple done would highly recommend his work.. there is a short walk to the beach beautiful and clean a lovely place to relax.. the rooms are cleaned daily but if you go short of anything just ask at reception always happy to help.. There is a mini disco at night for smaller children and then it's Show Time all the entertainment staff work hard together and do all kinds of different shows well done to all of you see you again next year Tunisia 2025!

The Riviera hotel is a beautiful hotel! It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minute walk from tourist spots, the entertainment is amazing, Sam, Sisqo, Scooby, Kaloo, and Mario really made our trip! The rooms are a lovely size, a double/2 twin beds, sofa and balcony with a great view! The food was wonderful and there were lots of options. The bar is open for most of the day, 10am to midnight, and have a wide away of drinks to choose from. I have really enjoyed my holiday with my friends and can’t wait to return. The pool is in a great spot, it’s quite cold but you get use to it after a while! All in all I’d definitely recommend this hotel when you come to Tunisia!

All the staff were very friendly and really helpful. Entertainment was a laugh and a highlight of our stay. Great experience and had a great time with friends. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to come to Tunisia. Room was clean and tidy and very spacious. Thankyou to all staff for an amazing holiday!

My first time visiting the hotel , it’s really big hotel and quite at the moment.the rooms are very clean , the beds and pillows are comfy , the entertainment team are amazing , very welcoming,everyday different shows and different activities to do. i really enjoyed my holiday with my family and definitely we will recommend it.

I have been going to Tunisia on and off for the last 35 years, with never an issue but on this occasion it was a bit of a challenge to say the least, I will bullet point the issues so you can make up your own mind our stay was from the 30th May to 13 June. - very tired looking throughout - in need of a good deep clean - can't get utensils when dining - can't get salt/pepper - reception not really helpful - night club should be closed due to cleaning issues - Cockroach's in room ( complained for 3/4 days and only after showing them pictures and videos did they change our room) they were 3 inches long , Room 268. - smoking allowed all over hotel , so pretty smelly in places - mini golf area is really not playable due to chips in concrete -IS there any good points I here you ask well there is. - staff try very hard to make you stay - nice pool area - food was OK but I worried about it due to Cockroach's as our room was just to the side and above kitchen - from the outside the hotel looks impressive - nice indoor pool and spa. So overall not a good stay , so won't be returning to this hotel , I will try and load up pictures and a couple of videos to let you guys make up your own minds.

The Hotel is great,it boasts stunning views, luxurious amenities, and top-notch service. The animation team at the Hotel is simply fantastic. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. From engaging activities to entertaining shows, the animation team truly knows how to keep guests entertained and happy throughout their stay. I highly recommend the Riviera Hotel and its amazing animation team for a perfect vacation experience!

Greta and big hotel , food is good with lots of opptions. Rooms are big and clean all Time.the bar is do Perfect also the drinks and cocktails are Perfect. I like the hotel they offer good accommodation for guests. Im happy with this experience IT was verry good.finaly we don't forget about the animation team ,profissional team with alloy of night shows,they are brulliant keep going like that.

The first time in Riviera hotel ,i really like the complex is good,also my room it’s really nice and comfy. I like the food is really delicious,allot of things that you can eat. Last think i wanna thank the animation team,they arr super fantastic with them great shows.💓💓

Fading 4 star Was clearly once a very nice hotel! Its problems relate to poor maintenance and general decline of facilities ! The toilets in main reception area and pool area are very poor and most definitely not 4 star! There was no food available at pool and beach bar apart from a stickysweet thing! Coffee unavailable at both! Indoor pool not open in high season ! No sign of fitness room opening or sauna! Crazy golf! Well back to lack of maintenance ! Kids club room not open! No way should kids enter! Dark depressive poorly maintained ! Entertainment well nill points ! None or very poor! not advertised ! Avoid attempts by staff to serve coffee in plastic/paper cups in lounge! Otherwise rooms good size but dated! clean and serviceable ! old TV but there is one good film channel! Rest forget! Balcony good size! Dining room clean and pleasant! Staff very good! and attentive! food not by any means the best ! But more than acceptable! the bread was great and the egg / omelette girl was very pleasant and helpful! Avoid the white wine! Rose acceptable! Beer ok! Overall drinks more than acceptable! grounds quite nice! location ok! the marina is a doable walk ! but nothing to see otherwise! beach bar staff very good let down by poor facilities! Conclusion go in with eyes open! Ignore reviews heavily influenced by the animation team ! a high five and loud music is not a sound quide to the hotel ! This could very easily be a very good hotel if management got a grip! In many ways they’re letting down staff and customers .
