The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel was the perfect location for the conference that I attended. However, the stay was less perfect. For a hotel of this caliber and cost, one should not have to experience what I encountered: water leaking from the shower in the bathroom on the floor above, the fan continuously blowing, an inability to adjust the temperature, and mold around the window sills. The staff was very apologetic but unable to accommodate me because of my booking through a third party. I am not a satisfied customer

Friendly and efficient staff, clean, comfy room, and convenient locale. I definitely would book again and recommend to my love ones.

Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower.

The restaurant was really good. I was a little disappointed of the breakfast being completely gone but the staff was really nice about fixing my ac urgently and offering complimentary breakfast for the next day.

This was our first stay here. The tile floor in the foyer of the room and bathroom were sticky. The TV did not work. Every channel selected said “off air “. We called down to the front desk two times, both times they said they would send someone up to look at it. No one ever came. The rest of the room, although clean, needs a refresh (handles broken on the dresser, paint on the walls has seen its life-span). The bed was ok, softer than we prefer but that is just our personal preference. The shower needs re-caulking and the trim on the glass shower door was peeling off. The water pressure started out light but improved after a few minutes. Water temperature was fine. We did not eat at the hotel or use any of the amenities outside of our room.

The breakfast buffet was very substandard. I’ve had more fresh options at other hotels with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast bar consisted of scrambled eggs that were green, chicken sausage that was extremely dry and crunchy and pancakes that had way too much vanilla. Not worth the upcharge.

The bathroom doors in the rooms do not fully close and is uncomfortable/not private. The rooms themselves were very nice/clean though. The bar had a good selection. I stayed here for my wedding and unfortunately could not book a hotel block as the requirement is a 2 night/20 room minimum which was not feasible. Location was ideal for our wedding venue though and there are plenty of food options in walking distance which was convenient.

The AC is SO loud. The property could be really cool if it was renovated a bit. Great location, great view, comfy bed and location but random things located in the hallway, rickety elevator and like I said the AC woke us up every hour.

Front desk staff and cleaning staff were truly incredible, friendly, and professional. First time staying here and I’ll definitely be back.
