Quality Inn

This was the most disgustingly filthy hotel I ever came across. I was sent here by my apartment mgmt due to water damage and could not stay because the conditions of the hotel were horrible. From the VERY strong mildew smell in the room, cobwebs in every corner, dirt and finger prints on all the walls, doors and even AC unit, burns in the comforter on the bed, unclean comforter, dirty headboard, rusted and corrosion in microwave, blood on wall in the elevator and bugs! The parking lot and exterior was also filthy, sketchy people standing around who clearly live in this place. I requested to move to another room but they had none left, so I had no choice then to return to my apartment currently under remediation. I would NEVER stay or recommend this hotel, it really should be considered a MOTEL. It needs to be condemned! 2 star rating is not low enough!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches dead and alive in the room. Floors are disgusting. Staff is just a family of three, the daughter is the only one that isn't completely disrespectful and rude. You will see the amount of trash from my pictures, that trash remained there all 3 terrifying nights of my stay. I am ashamed that I did not leave and go to another hotel, the area was largely sold out and near by rooms were 800+ a night. I asked them to clean up the 2 live cockroaches I smashed. They still refused to mop or sweep. I had them come to the room and show them the 2 cherry tomatoes that were still fresh along with random pieces of cock roach and other random filth. The tomato was swept out to the balcony and then off. But the stairwell was in the way so the tomato bounced off and found it's home on the second floor. If you want to know how other cultures live, this is your chance. The manager had the nerve to get loud with me in the lobby in front of other guests while i was making the point that this cockroach infested facility was unacceptable at $250 / night and would be unacceptable at $25 / night. Another guest actually told the guy that he shouldn't talk to other guests like that in front of anyone, and he started barking at him too. I will be contacting the health department as well. Do not go to Hampton, VA. The entire area is horrible. 0 stars. Uninhabitable roach infested disgusting place needs bulldozed. The one picture is the bathroom door, which had literally every single human fluid on it top to bottom.

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY & SHOULD BE CLOSED. The pictures on the website are not of this property. There is NOTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE. When we arrived there were kids in the parking lot playing football (red flag). We checked in and got to our room and immediately knew we would not be staying here. The room smelled of who knows what, the bed spread had a huge stain and I have seen cleaner Port A Potties than the bathroom. When we advised the manager we would not be staying and had cancelled our credit card he offered to show us rooms on the other side of the property, we were not interested. If this is a chain hotel / motel the office corporate needs to come and inspect it.

Please, and I mean PLEASE, spend the extra money and go to one of the other hotels that are on the same road as the Quality Inn. THIS ONE IS NOT IT! For starters, the pictures online are false advertisement; the hotel/rooms look nothing like the pictures that are posted. When I opened the door to the room, it instantly smelled like smoke and dirt. The toilet had poop streaks in the bowl and when the lid was lifted there was blood on the seat. There was no toilet paper on the roll, just the empty roll, so I was wondering if anyone had even cleaned this bathroom. The shower looks dirty, very old looking and rusty. Make sure you bring your own soap; we got one small bar of soap the size of my pinky finger to wash your hands and body with. The room is extremely old looking and just gives you creepy scary movie vibes. Don't walk on the floor without some slides on or something, your feet will literally look dirty. I will say there were no bugs IN the room, but outside of the doors and through the halls were roaches the size of the bar of soap we were given. The bottom of the door comes up high, so if bugs wanted to come into the room, they could with no problem. The area does not give you safe vibes, people are outside all times of the night hollering and smoking who knows what. A man was passed out and had to get help from someone outside, not sure if they OD'd or what. We ran out of the baby size towels that we were given and when we asked for more, they said they would bring it later because they had no clean laundry (which we never ended up getting by the way). Checkout was at 11AM on Sunday, we were gone by 7:30 AM. I could not wait to sprint out of there.... again PLEASE if you can just add $100 more dollars to what you have, get a room at the Holiday Inn right up the street or somewhere other than this place. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at
