Everything was smooth only problem was the wifi

Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Good choices with breakfast. Hotel is a little outdated, but that can be fixed if they get the right crew to do it.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful towards us and I couldn’t understand why when everything was going fine before.

Breakfast need a better warming system. The food was barely warm. Sausage were overcooked.eggs were cold. Air heat system in room was perfect.

The room was clean and the area was accessible. There was no use of amenities so since pool was closed. Staff was very helpful and prompt.

I would definitely recommend this place, their tv list didn’t match what was on the the tv. They really need to update the channel list. Great stay

Our room was clean with newer updates but the bathroom could have used a refresh - it is a bit outdated. 2 of the bathroom bulbs had blown and weren't working. The hotel itself is outdated but the staff were great at checking in and out. The breakfast was enjoyed by my son but there could have been more options available. The ease of parking was good too.

The shower would not drain properly and was clogged, and the bed pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, but unfortunately the two main things I care about in a hotel — sleep and a good shower — did not meet expectations. I also wish the manager had offered some kind of discount or gesture beyond just saying sorry.
