Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center

The hotel was spotless and the staff is so friendly. I've stayed here several times, and had an excellent experience each time!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t look appealing so I didn’t eat it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We love staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's clean, quiet and in the perfect location.

Staff were excellent. A few minor issues (iron leaking, phone not working in room, lock not working properly). The room was “clean”. The carpets could use a shampoo along with the couch which had multiple stains and spots. Overall it was comfortable enough.

Our rooms were clean although missing a pillowcase for the pullout couch and the shower flower mate. The room offered plenty of space and comfortable. The view was very nice. The breakfast had many options and very clean eating area. Breakfast time was from 6:30-9am. It would have been nice to have breakfast until 10am just to cut down the congestion of people right before breakfast was over.

This hotel had reasonable prices, large rooms, clean facilities, and friendly staff. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return.

Overall absolutely perfectly…. Bigger towels would be ideal. Those towels not even big enough for a toddler

This hotel is excellent! Everything was great from the entrance to my room. The Hyatt will definitely be my go to in Hampton.

Bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, breakfast was cheap and gross. Powdered eggs and microwaved pancakes. For the price in that area you would expect a nicer hotel. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Should be $100 a night tops with how awful the bed was
