No hot water was told I’d get 20% back but had to go through trip. Who was denied it

Rooms stink and roaches in the room never again will I stay there

I wish they were nicer and the property had more family friendly guests such as myself

First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again.

Very unprofessional, room smelled like an ash tray, A/C did not work. Didn’t have a microwave, management sucks.

Bathroom door couldn't be kept closed, floor was dirty to the point where walking on white socks made them black.

Dogs barking for over an hour at 7am. Someone trying to kick a door open and owners of the dogs fight and yelling because the dogs pooped all over the room

Didnt feel safe going to my car, a man was standing in front my car grinning and shaking his head.

Filthy, old, smelly, disgusting linens infested with bugs and scary. I would not put my worst enemy in this place. We left and got a wayyyy. Better hotel. We requested our money bk and have not received. The lady that checked us in said.if any problems with room we have 15 minutes to decide for refund. It only took 1. Tear this place down
