Quiet little enclave that’s good for couples and private retreats. A little far from the city and old town, but it has it’s charms and serenity.

Very nice place in the mountains good for relaxing. To go to restaurants transport is needed. Services at the hotel for food, drinks and free time activities are pricey. Recommended to rent a car.

Everything was great except seom bad smell in the room. Probably from drainage in the toilet and bathtub.

Service staff are welcoming and hospitable. Exterior of the resort is great is well maintained. The interior can be a little bit run down. Nothing much to do here and the menu can be limited. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our relaxing stay here.

Fantastic chill hotel. But note that the location is relatively remote. So once you get into the hotel you either have a little more fat or you would have to spend money on Grab. Hotel's environment and amenities are nice. The balcony is super.

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

So natural and peaceful hotel. Nice decorated.
I booked valley deluxe for 1 night but they upgraded our room to valley scenery deluxe. All amenities are provided. (Thann is awesome!!!)
I will be visit there again for sure!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
