TreeScape Resort Chiang Mai

Great environment and services from the staffs. The receptionist recommended a night market which we enjoyed very much! and she even packed breakfast for us when we have to head out early in the morning for our elephant tour! and the driver gave us a free ride to the nearest 7-11 to buy some essential items. For breakfast, they didn't offer a lot of selection, so we was able to tried all during the stays, and it was surprised that each one was delicious! Worth for it! The location is not near to the city, it is about 20 minutes away, but calling grab is very easy and convenient, very fast to get driver also. The room is clean but we suggest to have a coffee table or dining table, it will be more convenient when we bring back foods to the room.

We had a good stay at Treescape and overall it offers great value in a beautiful, secluded jungle setting with a lovely misty atmosphere in the mornings. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout. The free ride to the local 7-Eleven was a nice touch, laundry service was extremely fast and very reasonably priced, and the complimentary late checkout at 2pm was much appreciated. Breakfast was adequate and the team were fantastic with our children – they even did free painting with my daughter which she loved. However, the stairs were genuinely unsafe for young children (very open and steep), the bathroom had no lock, and the pool was very cold so the kids didn’t want to use it. Overall, despite those issues, it’s still a great value hotel in a peaceful remote location with genuinely lovely staff — just something to be aware of if you’re travelling with small children.

Everything was excellent, the room was big and service is great but the location was a little issue for me(solo traveling), if you came to relax and enjoy inside the resort then consider it a 5 star but I came alone and it was a little far from the city and getting a car was a hassle. Other that everything was great

The Resort is really nice and I had a very relaxing stay! The food also tastes good! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, they let me fly my drone inside the hotel area. Would definitely visit again!

The room facilities are dilapidated. Breakfast is disappointing. There are very few choices and the taste is not good. So better not include breakfast.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.
