The hotel's location is super close to West Lake, making it really convenient to grab dinner and shop at Intime in the evenings. The room was also very clean and tidy. Breakfast ending at 12 PM was a lifesaver for a late riser like me – I could sleep in, have breakfast, and even go back to the room to relax a bit since checkout isn't until 2 PM, yay! The front desk lady was also really friendly! I'd definitely come back again!~

The hotel's decor is very stylish, modern, and upscale, perfectly suited for young people today. The TV screen is huge, and the bathroom has a great three-fixture separation. It's very clean with no unpleasant odors, and the air conditioning works wonderfully, heating up quickly so it's not cold in winter. The front desk staff were also excellent; seeing we had a child, they even gave us a complimentary extra breakfast. Plus, there's free afternoon tea and supper, which really sets it apart from other hotels. Coming back to the hotel at night for a bowl of tremella soup before bed was just heavenly! Definitely worth recommending to my friends!
