Came to Hangzhou for a visit, stayed here on ***** New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere was great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room for free, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was rich and they even gave an extra child's breakfast. It's convenient to get to West Lake by subway, just transfer from Line 4 to Line 1. Strolling around Hubin Yintai at night was also lively. The transportation is really convenient; you can get directly to Qiantang River for the light show and MixC by subway.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is very large. Although it is close to the elevated, the noise is good. It does not affect sleep. Overall, the hotel is not bad.

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities are somewhat dated, but it was kept relatively clean. The room I booked didn't have a shower, so I had to shower in the bathtub, which was okay. If needed, I could upgrade to a room with a shower. Staying a few nights shouldn't be a problem. There's a Starbucks downstairs, which is convenient for buying coffee, and the Book City bookstore is next door. I booked two nights in two separate bookings. On the first day, the front desk told me that both nights were already checked in and I didn't need to extend my stay for the second night. However, on the second day, I couldn't even press the elevator button; I had to go upstairs and then press the button again to go back to the lobby to check in. Furthermore, I requested a late check-out. When I returned from lunch on the second day, it was almost 11:30 am, and I couldn't open the door. The cleaning lady said that the hotel's room cards don't work after 11 pm. So I had to swipe my card again to open the door. This kind of service gives the impression that the hotel is just trying to get rid of me before the check-out time. Even without a late check-out, I have the legal right to have my room door open by 12 pm. I won't consider this hotel again next time I come to Hangzhou.

The hotel's fresh and elegant scent, along with its beautiful decor, instantly melted away our travel fatigue. Our room was exquisitely and thoughtfully arranged, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that was impeccably clean. The hotel's location is great, close to Pingyao Old Street. They even provided tickets to Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park, and the Cliff Carvings are right behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and attentive, handling every detail perfectly. The infinity pool by the lotus pond is absolutely stunning. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located on Jiuzhou Street, Lin'an District, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. There is a large supermarket, Baolong Plaza, nearby. The hotel opened last year and its facilities are very new. The hotel has its own large parking lot, so there is no need to worry about parking problems. The king room with a view that we booked this time was beyond our imagination. It has a huge space of 65 square meters, a high-rise ultra-large surround glass view, a leather sofa, a large living room, two TVs in the bedroom and living room, a dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and a large bathtub. It is super comfortable to take a bath when you are tired from the journey! The central air-conditioning is quiet and comfortable, and the control buttons in the room are simple, elegant and convenient. Then let’s talk about the hotel’s breakfast. The breakfast area is on the 25th floor. The high-rise is surrounded by landscapes and offers a rich variety of food. You can enjoy the scenery, taste breakfast, and slow down your life! The hotel receptionists are very sunny and handsome. I would like to especially thank the three young men, Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Zheng, for their hospitality and patient answers. I am very satisfied with the stay experience and the hotel is very cost-effective!
