The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. It's clean and comfortable, the service attitude is excellent, and the owner is very nice. The room was neat and tidy, and offered fantastic value for money. It even had a projector, a smart toilet, and a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant, which were all very convenient. My stay was great, and I'll definitely be back next time!

This is my second time visiting Hangzhou, and this hotel is the best so far. Convenient location, just a few minutes to 2 huge shopping malls. Restaurants, cafe, shops. Everything is just ready for you. Friendly staff, who gave me so much help. Especially when my daughter was sick, they helped me so much. The room is spacious with a great view. Amenities are so nice. Breakfast was also very nice. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. It's just perfect. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by the aromatic scent and elegant ambiance. The murals in the hall were quite interesting; I inquired about their origin and learned they depict the turbulent waters of the Qiantang River. The front desk staff proactively offered welcome tea and provided a comprehensive overview of the hotel's facilities during check-in. The bedding in the room was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a dreamless night's sleep. Waking up the next day, I pulled back the curtains to reveal the morning city view, facing Raffles City and MixC. Upon check-out, the staff even presented me with a complimentary hotel-made souvenir. The entire experience was flawless; I truly felt at home. This hotel sets the standard for five-star service with reasonable prices and high-quality service. The room service was also very thoughtful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I was impressed to learn that the bathroom features both constant temperature and hot water, which is great for winter so you don't get cold using cold water. The bathroom also has a separate wet and dry area, an automatic toilet, and the towels and bath sheets felt incredibly soft. Plus, there's a fridge, washing machine, and microwave, which is perfect for business travelers. Finally, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options; my favorite was the yogurt.
