For breakfast you can enjoy multiple western and chinese options and greet coffee. the hotel is new and the rooms and all facilities are clean. after a long day of activities around the city, you can enjoy congee for free from 8-12 pm

The most worry-free Hilton I've ever stayed at with my child – clean, convenient, and exceeded my expectations! We specifically chose this Hilton for our family trip to Hangzhou. The location is truly superb; it's right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Lake and surrounding shopping malls. Taking the kids and stroller out was a breeze. Most importantly, it was exceptionally clean! The carpets were spotless, and there was no limescale in the bathroom corners, so we felt safe letting our child run around barefoot in the room. The hotel provided us with a children's toothbrush, slippers, fruit, and drinks – very thoughtful details. The room was also spacious enough that two large suitcases could be laid out without obstructing the way. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including porridge, snacks, and bread that the kids love. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

This time, I took the high-speed train from Shanghai to Fuyang to visit my boyfriend. Previously, I hadn't found a particularly suitable hotel here, and many facilities were quite old. So, when I saw the newly opened Hilton, I booked it, and the overall experience was much better than I expected! 😲 As a young person, I genuinely recommend it. The service response was very prompt and patient, unlike some hotels in Shanghai where the attitude noticeably cools down when they get busy. The location is also excellent. There's a Manner downstairs, and an entire commercial street nearby with barbershops, Hema Fresh, and more. It's super convenient to pop downstairs for snacks or to get your hair washed. The adjustable standing desk in the room was a unique feature. I've always wanted to try a desk where you can work standing up, and staying at the hotel allowed me to 'burn calories invisibly' – really friendly for us working professionals. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

During check-in, Manager Cui Dan proactively came to our aid. After asking about our needs in detail, he recommended the most suitable room type for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, whenever we encountered any issues, we contacted the manager, who responded promptly and resolved them promptly. He was incredibly efficient and responsible. Transportation is very convenient around the hotel, making it easy to reach various attractions and saving us significant travel time. The hotel's interior is also uniquely appointed, with a stylish yet warm decor and meticulous attention to detail. Our stay was impeccable, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip!
