Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport

This hotel is super convenient, just a short walk from Hangzhou Airport Terminal 4. Perfect for late arrivals or early morning flights. The facilities are decent, rooms are quite spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay.

This was my second stay here, and I'd highly recommend it for its location and facilities. The location is truly excellent, just a 1-2 minute walk from T4, making it perfect for early morning or late night flights. The sofa bed is also great for families traveling with children! The room was clean and tidy, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the quality was good. Overall, it offers great value for money! However, the service this time was a bit disappointing. Since my flight arrived late at night, and I didn't want to wait for blankets then, I called in the morning to request they put an extra blanket in the room and open the sofa bed. When I arrived in the evening, the sofa was still closed and no blanket had been delivered. We were two adults and one child, and the package included two breakfasts, but they still charged me for an extra adult breakfast. Thankfully, the hotel seemed to realize their mistake and proactively issued a refund. Also, the subway card and drinks included in the package weren't mentioned by staff at check-in; I had to ask for the subway card myself before they provided it.

The service was great! They offered a packed breakfast at 5:30 AM, which I found very thoughtful. I originally planned to just make do for a night, but after noticing some hygiene issues, I decided against it. Anyway, I arrived at 1:30 AM and didn't have the energy to take pictures. The cleaning was just average; at least the bed I slept in didn't have anyone else's hair on it. But what really made me decide to leave a review was the packed breakfast. For 80 yuan, all I got was what's shown in the first picture. They also offered milk, but I declined as drinking milk on an empty stomach can easily cause acute gastroenteritis. Is this really worth 80 yuan? They didn't even bother to include a tissue. It's not even as good as the service on high-speed trains. This is basically the standard for a 200-300 yuan hotel near the airport. The value for money is extremely low. And the room number was a real 'surprise' – in the middle of the night, I thought I'd arrived at Hogwarts and couldn't find my room number.

This is the perfect choice for early morning flights from Xiaoshan Airport. It's only a ten-minute walk to T4. The rooms are relatively new, and the breakfast is plentiful, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options. The only downside was that check-in was a bit slow.

Extremely convenient as it's located right inside the terminal. The hotel is very new, clean, and tidy. The gym is large and well-equipped. The staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The restaurant environment is also excellent.

Very clean, practical design, perfect for catching a flight. Location: Between T3 and T4, with ride-hailing services right downstairs, super convenient. Breakfast: Delicious! Limited variety but high quality, the croissants were especially good.

This hotel is perfect for anyone needing to catch an early flight. It's located right inside the terminal, very close to the exit. I was pleasantly surprised to find self check-in kiosks and luggage carts available within the hotel itself 😂. The room facilities are very new, and the service was prompt. The only minor inconvenience was that food delivery isn't allowed upstairs, and the robots don't deliver either, so you have to go downstairs to pick it up. Other than that, everything was great. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou. Highly recommended!
