Must give bad reviews! This is the worst hotel in Vienna I have ever stayed in! I stayed for a total of two days, and the room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning - to no avail. Even paper towels and water were not replaced. I have ordered takeaway many times, and every time the takeaway arrives, I need to call the front desk to confirm before the robot can deliver it. It is very inflexible, but ok is acceptable.
