Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Five-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square)

My overall experience at the Hangzhou West Lake Hubin 5-Star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch) was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Wushan Square, making travel very convenient. It's a short walk or taxi ride to West Lake and Hefang Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The soundproofing was good, so I wasn't bothered by outside traffic noise. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with ample hot water and stable pressure. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. They were also quick to assist with any issues. Overall, the value for money is quite good for this area, making it suitable for both tourists visiting Hangzhou and those on short business trips.

Facilities: The room has a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant that can conveniently control the TV, lights, and air conditioning. There's also a robot in the lobby that can deliver takeout to your room, which is quite handy. Cleanliness: The hygiene is acceptable. Environment: The surrounding area has complete facilities, with a shopping mall and subway station both nearby. Service: The service is pretty good.

The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway stations nearby, and it's close to Hefang Street. West Lake is also just a 10-minute walk away, accessible via Metro Lines 1 and 7. Exiting the stations is very convenient as they are right next to the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend it – the price is definitely worth it!
