Booked this hotel for an early morning flight, and what a pleasant surprise it was! After transferring from the high-speed rail station to Metro Line 19, the Hanting Hotel sign was right there as I exited. The area is super convenient with all sorts of snacks available. The room was spacious and clean, and I couldn't hear any airplane noise. In the morning, the staff gently woke me up, had breakfast ready, and arranged a car to the airport. Five stars all the way, highly recommend!

Very close to the airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service for early morning flights. Both the front desk staff and the driver were excellent; they even gave me a wake-up call and reminded me of the shuttle time. The room was clean, and overall it was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again if I return to Hangzhou.
