IntercityHotel Hangzhou Xixi Huanglong

This was my first stay at IntercityHotel, and the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel boasts a prime location in the Huanglong area, near the west line of West Lake and very close to Tianmuli. Traffic to West Lake is smooth, and it takes only about 20 minutes by taxi to get to either Hangzhou East or Hangzhou West Railway Station. Whether you're sightseeing or traveling for business, getting around is extremely convenient. The room features a minimalist and timeless decor style that really suits my aesthetic. The front desk thoughtfully arranged a quiet room facing away from the street. The space is generous, with plenty of room to fully open two suitcases without any hassle. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the pillows offer just the right firmness, and the shower provides steady water pressure with a secure bracket, making for a great bathing experience. The room was well-maintained with no unusual odors, and the smart room controls were intuitive to use, making the stay very cozy and pleasant. Amanda provided a wonderful service experience. The staff are attentive and go beyond just mechanically following procedures—they proactively notice guests' needs, respond quickly to any requests, and maintain a warm and courteous attitude. The breakfast offers a rich variety with great flavors, featuring hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The ingredients are fresh, showing that the hotel puts genuine care into it. Overall, it offers great value for money with a fantastic location and satisfaction across the board. I will definitely choose this hotel first the next time I visit Hangzhou.

Great value for money. The bathroom features a three-way wet and dry separation layout. It's close to both the subway station and bus stops, making transportation very convenient. There's a local wet market nearby, along with plenty of options for local snacks and cooked food. A top choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Amanda at the front desk was fantastic! The check-in process was quick, she had a warm smile, and even thoughtfully upgraded our room. She answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again!

The front desk service was excellent. The location is superb for getting around, and the room had great natural light with no hidden spots for dirt. Service was prompt, and the value for money was good. I felt safe and comfortable staying here, definitely worth revisiting.

Our itinerary was very tight, but thanks to Xiao Xuan's efficient handling, everything went smoothly. There were a lot of people when we arrived, but they were very organized and completed our check-in in less than 2 minutes. They also clearly explained the breakfast and parking arrangements. When we called with a problem, it was immediately resolved. True professionalism really puts your mind at ease. Thank you, Xiao Xuan!

The decor and breakfast are unique to the brand's style, making it suitable for business travelers, and they even offer laundry facilities. However, I requested a quiet room, but was given one facing the main road. The window's soundproofing was also poor, leading to a constant stream of annoying traffic noise throughout the night, which severely impacted my sleep. Even earplugs didn't help.

Fantastic location, right next to a bustling shopping district and transportation hub, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. My stay was really comfortable and pleasant. Easy to find, with convenient parking, and a great variety of restaurants nearby. It made getting around for errands and meetings completely stress-free. Definitely worth coming back to!

The front desk lady, Amanda, provided absolutely amazing service! Her smile was so welcoming, and she processed everything super quickly. She even thoughtfully helped us with a late check-out and answered all our questions. She was professional yet so warm, making all our travel fatigue disappear. Five-star rating!

First time reviewing, and it was much better than I expected. Great value for money, I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit. It's clean, the breakfast is good, and the early check-in and late check-out were a huge plus – truly excellent!
