🌟 My stay here far exceeded expectations, right from the moment I stepped into the lobby! ✨ The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable 🛏️, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. 👏 Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great 🍽️. The overall environment was clean and tidy, with thoughtful details evident everywhere 🏡. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for quality!

Facilities: The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Hygiene: Good, very clean. Environment: Check-in is available on both the first and fifth floors. Service: Very good. It's convenient and quick to hail a taxi both upstairs and downstairs, and dining options are plentiful. It's very close to the West Lake scenic area and large shopping malls nearby. Excellent, excellent! 👍

The environment is peaceful, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. You can tell they pay attention to the details. It's conveniently located with great transport links and excellent facilities. The bedding was so soft, I slept wonderfully. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring West Lake. Highly recommend!

This hotel is truly a value-for-money gem, perfect for tourists. It's incredibly close to West Lake, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, with no hidden dirty spots. The hot water supply is excellent, making for a very comfortable shower, and the soundproofing is also quite good.

The hotel's location is very central, making it easy to find and super convenient for the subway, which is about 300m away. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot right next door, so you don't have to go far for a delicious meal. Eating hotpot in winter is just so comforting! Thumbs up, thumbs up! The service was also excellent. The hotel is near and within walking distance to the West Lake area and Intime in77.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy walking access to West Lake, and the subway station and public transport stops right outside. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, providing lots of information on tourist attractions. Breakfast was also great.
