Five-Star Bay Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yongjin Plaza)

My stay at Wuxingwan Hotel was great. After checking out, we were able to store our luggage at the front desk until the evening, which was very convenient as there was always someone there. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, and all the facilities were new. Located on the fifth floor of Yongjin Plaza, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Hangzhou.

This five-star bay hotel has a great environment, mainly because it's very close to West Lake. Getting to Lingyin Temple is also convenient. The No. 7 bus goes directly to West Lake, and spots like Broken Bridge (Duànqiáo Cánxuě) and Leifeng Pagoda are all nearby. We've stayed here for two days, and the overall check-in experience has been quite good. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Hangzhou.

The hotel's hygiene was quite good, and the bathroom was very clean with a separate wet and dry area. However, the room ventilation wasn't great. We stayed in a triple room with three 1.2m single beds, and the window was an internal one. Overall, it felt a bit stuffy, but for the price, being so close to West Lake, it was acceptable. My overall stay experience was good, and I'd choose this place again next time I'm in Hangzhou – it's very convenient.

The location is excellent, close to West Lake and very convenient for visiting Lingyin Temple – you can take bus route 7 directly there. The bathroom is a wet/dry separation, and they provide full-sized bath towels and a vanity mirror, which is really thoughtful for women. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right near West Lake, making it easy to reach popular spots like Duanqiao Canxue and Leifeng Pagoda. There's a subway station right downstairs, which makes getting to the high-speed rail station super convenient. The room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. It's also easy to find food and go shopping nearby. This is definitely my top choice for visiting Hangzhou, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's super close to West Lake, within walking distance to Broken Bridge and Lingering Snow, and getting to Leifeng Pagoda is also very convenient. The subway station is nearby, making it incredibly easy to travel to and from the high-speed rail station by subway. You won't have any trouble getting around during your trip. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. This hotel is perfect for anyone visiting Hangzhou, I highly recommend it!
