優點：位置在青芝塢，離西湖不遠，可以騎自行車過去。一樓有洗衣機和晾曬區。 湖景房在三樓，有個飄窗，正對外面的一個小湖，風景不錯。附近很多餐館，堂食外賣都方便。價格相比周邊很有優勢。老闆娘挺熱情，有問必答。
缺點：房間比較小，過道放行李箱後走路空間比較窄。隔音不太好，樓下院子談話能聽到，房間離得近，開關門聲音蠻大，阿姨打掃衞生也會咚咚響。衞生一般，衹能保持基本乾淨，燒水壺沒有清洗，上一個客人燒的水還殘留在壺裡。Wi-Fi衹支持基本社交軟件操作，私域網站以及一些旅記APP無法登陸，不利於有辦公需求的人。

服務態度：前台的男老闆，就那個***，態度賊差，口氣態度服務都像吃了火葯一樣的特殊人羣，十分影響旅行心情，
環境：網訂的房型佈置和實際不一樣！房間大小也不一樣！衹是有十幾平！
隔音：沒有隔音！他沒有！！！

來杭州玩都是住在這裏，非常推薦的一家店。位置很好找，最主要是乾淨、整潔。房間沒有異味。這是我最在意的。室內、室外環境很好，宜靜宜動。老闆人也超級友善，像家人一樣親切。

環境：位於杭州青芝塢街區，離杭州植物園，西湖麴院風荷都很近，步行可達。路邊景色也很美，早晚散步很舒服。
設施：房間大概30平，不算太大，但是動線設計的非常合理，住起來很方便。
服務：老闆娘熱情但很有邊界感，不錯。
