The front desk lady was very friendly and helped me extend my stay for free. There are many local eateries nearby, and the subway station food court downstairs is very convenient. The view from the 32nd floor is also nice. Recommended!

Hangzhou Ximan Esports Hotel exceeded my expectations. Located in the heart of Qianjiang New City, it's conveniently close to the subway. The computers are top-spec with high refresh rates, the internet speed is stable with zero lag, and the peripherals feel great, making team fights incredibly smooth. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offer stunning views of the Qiantang River at night. The room itself is elegantly designed and spotless, with smart home features that are easy to use, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. The front desk staff were warm and responsive. The bathroom is clean with a separate wet and dry area. It's perfect for both gaming with friends and enjoying the view – an excellent experience for team play. Definitely my top choice for gaming sessions in Hangzhou!

The hygiene is meticulous, with no strange odors, and the bedding is soft, allowing for a sound night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient with check-in, patiently answering all questions. The hotel environment is quiet with good soundproofing, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. The facilities are complete and new, and the toiletries are well-stocked, offering excellent value for money.

When I booked the room, it showed there was a projector, but when I got to the room, there wasn't one. I suspect I wasn't given the room type I booked. Later, the hotel moved me to another room (which they said was an upgrade). Then, I found out that casting to the projector cost money, unless you were willing to wait for a free 2-minute ad. I had to endure a 20-minute anime being forcibly paused so I could wait 2 minutes, or pay. This happened multiple times, with 15-second waits or payment options. Given that the hotel provides projector facilities and there are so many free casting apps, I can't understand why they'd choose a paid one. In the end, it even forcibly exited the display content, as shown in picture three.

Pretty good. Flexible check-in and the facilities were clean and tidy.
