It was overall an alright stay, don’t expect Japanese standards. Apparently they had a soft opening period and just opened on April 15. You can see that things aren’t running so smoothly yet, trip.com shows that spa needs to be booked a day in advance, but on WeChat they said no reservations required and we can use anytime. The second day we wanted to use the spa our second time, and was told by a staff we couldn’t use it again, which we were confused about. Later other staff said we could. The spa itself had spectacular views, but the outdoor pool weirdly had half eaten and rotten apples floating around. After talking to the spa staff they said it was for aesthetic purposes and guests must have eaten them without knowing that. Worrying hygiene standards 😨 apart from that overall hygiene seems to be alright. All rooms have our own private courtyard so there are two doors, the main wooden door and then the glass door to our actual room. The main wooden door broke down twice - we couldn’t lock it (more like they didn’t fix the problem fully the first time), which wasted our time as we had to sit around to watch the maintenance staff fixing our door. Breakfast was okay but half the dishes were way too salty for my taste. Weird mix of “Western”, “Japanese” and Chinese dishes. Cheaper to buy on the spot (168 yuan as of today). Service was not up to the standard of a hotel of this price point. The staff welcoming us seems like she was reading from a script, we couldn’t hear half the time even after asking her to enunciate clearer twice. Felt like they were here to monitor us more than take care of us. Instead of “how may I help you?”, they actually responded “what’s wrong?” on two separate occasions. I don’t think this is acceptable! Some staff also do not greet guests properly.

Overall, this hotel succeeds in looking like a traditional Japanese ryokkan, but unfortunately doesn't feel like one due to many important features missing. If you've stayed at a ryokkan in Japan, this one misses the mark, but potentially is not a problem as it is catered towards Chinese people. As a foreigner accustomed to Japanese standards, you might be disappointed. It's very clean and modern, with a "private" bath that looks like a traditional private onsen bath. The dinner was average, with the yakitori being the highlight. Breakfast was Chinese food, which took away from the immersion. As far as experience goes, the main problems here were the details that broke from the immersiveness of being at a traditional ryokkan. These include a lack of privacy, inexperienced staff, out of theme food options, and other details such as not using true hot spring water and the bath being only partly Hinoki wood. The privacy concern is because if you have the courtyard room, you have a "private" courtyard and bath, but in the morning a worker was outside in the courtyard with full view of my bath. This felt very uncomfortable and I no longer felt relaxed or at peace, and needed to close all the blinds which ruined the point of having an open courtyard. It was worth a try, and definitely a beautiful space. But I couldn't help but feel disappointed as the important details were missed in this recreation of a ryokkan.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in China. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hot springs are amazing. The territory is clean and beautiful. Rooms are fresh, clean, and comfortable. The location is remote from the main road which makes this place perfect for quiet and relaxing holiday. Seriously, we’re amazed, by this place 😍

The decoration is very beautiful and comfortable, and almost every part of the hotel has landscaping The hot spring is very comfortable, and there is no limit on the number of times you can enter and exit if you stay The public rest area of the hot spring provides free drinks, snacks, ice cream, and fresh-cut fruits (tell the service desk what fruits you want and they will cut them for you). The night we went there, someone played the piano live until 8 pm When checking in, we were upgraded to a courtyard room. It was a very beautiful courtyard, and the private hot spring in the guest room was separated into a small courtyard. It was very comfortable to lie on the sofa in the courtyard and blow the wind in this season You can make sachets in the lobby (choose your own spices and put them in), and write wish wooden signs There is a bonfire and lotus activity at night, which is quite interesting. If you are willing to take pictures, it is very good The breakfast set has nine fixed side dishes. In addition, you can choose the staple food and drinks yourself, including porridge, steamed buns, wontons, noodles, dumplings, pastries, etc., which can be continued The unsatisfactory part is that when I just checked in in the afternoon, there was a smell of wood or something else in the room, which smelled uncomfortable. Later, I turned on the fresh air and air conditioning until the evening and it was much better after taking a bath.

I didn't expect that there is such a fun hotel in Hangzhou, which is very suitable for everyone's weekend vacation. The most amazing thing is the hotel's meals. Breakfast and dinner are very delicious. The taste is the taste of Hangzhou when I was a child, but it is very delicate. There are no slippers in the changing area of the big bath, which feels unhygienic. Bare feet will step on other people's fallen hair

I chose a weekend to relax with my friends. Thanks to the front desk for upgrading the room type. It was just right to stay for one night Facilities: Full of details from the beginning of check-in. When checking in, the hotel staff will take you on a tour, and there are some small ceremonies. After checking in, there are also some projects, such as making sachets and placing wishing lanterns. The hotel is not very big, but it feels that they are trying to improve the check-in experience. There are free fruits, snacks and drinks in the hot spring area, and Hayao Miyazaki's movies will be shown in the lounge area. It's really relaxing. Meals: Because I didn't really want to eat Japanese food, I didn't eat dinner at the hotel. There are takeaways nearby that can be ordered, so there is no need to worry. Service: The service is really good. Every staff member I met, including the cleaning lady, is very kind. If I have to give my opinion in advance, I hope that the whole hotel can be decorated better. There is a tea room on the second floor of the lobby for rest. I went in and took a look. The whole design is relatively simple. I feel that more aromatherapy, flowers or small ornaments can be put in to improve the exquisiteness of the whole hotel.

The hotel is very stylish and the decoration is very attentive. It can be seen that the owner pays attention to details and uses exquisite materials. For example, the light strip on the mirror in the wash area and the electric towel rack are not common in general hotels. The comb provided is not the cheap plastic comb, but a massage comb that can be taken away. The service of the staff is just right. Overall, I am very satisfied.

A newly opened hot spring hotel near the golf course, with relatively new facilities and well-equipped staff. A lot of special souvenirs will be arranged upon check-in. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading the room, the air conditioner seems to have some problems and needs to be repaired. The amenities are free, and the hot spring rest area also provides a lot of snacks, fruits and drinks. The male and female baths will change positions every day. There is an outdoor hot spring pool with outdoor views under the front desk. Mobile phones are not allowed to be brought into the hot spring area. Can a clock or something like that be provided on the wall to tell the time? Cleansing, skin care, hair bands, nipple stickers and the like are all provided. Compared with the hot spring hotels I stayed in before in Pudong, Shanghai, this one is obviously more luxurious. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very good, and there will be no problem of not being full. The quantity is really enough, and it is really a waste. The spa needs to be improved. The hygiene and service of the entire hotel are OK, and there is a lighting ceremony at night. Lunch is not provided at noon, and the surrounding farmhouses are five minutes away, which is also very good. I have a chance to come again next time, and I hope the hotel will get better and better.
