HANGZHOU W PLUS HOTEL

My stay at WPLUS in Hangzhou was the final stop on my trip, a perfect journey for rest and rejuvenation. I was worried about traffic restrictions when driving into Hangzhou, but the staff member registered my license plate, so I had no issues entering the West Lake scenic area. The uphill road was indeed narrow and steep, and the parking lot could only accommodate a few cars. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the excellent service more than made up for these minor drawbacks. The welcome fruit was substantial, and the afternoon tea was both exquisite and delicious. For the evening, I enjoyed a passion fruit tea nightcap, and drifted off to sleep with the scent of osmanthus. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with an à la carte option. After breakfast, I returned to my room, brewed a cup of black tea with water from Hupao Spring, and savored the aroma while gazing at the tea mountains. Watching butterflies flutter among the flowers outside my window, time seemed to stand still. Upon check-out, I was even given a parting gift. WPLUS is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Hangzhou.

An excellent experience! Definitely worth every penny. The hotel is ideally located right within the West Lake scenic area, with beautiful, lush green tea hills behind the rooms. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Every day, breakfast was delivered to our room, along with afternoon tea and a late-night soup. P.S. When I was searching for hotels in Hangzhou, I saw this one mentioned for its excellent service, so I decided to give it a try. The experience was indeed fantastic, from the moment I got out of the car until check-out, the entire process was very comfortable. A butler helped with my luggage when I arrived, and I sat down to enjoy tea and fruit while checking in. When we went to the room, the room manager and butler personally brought our luggage up and even gave us a tour of the room. Since it was our anniversary, they upgraded us to a suite. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were very generous, and the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were plentiful, with no hesitation to replenish them. It's a shame we went to a concert that night and missed out on the milkshake and late-night snacks. Thank you for the temporary surprise of flowers and a fruit platter. The toiletries and bedding were excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room manager is truly tall and handsome; watching his videos while having breakfast really elevated this trip. I followed their official account to become a fan. I'll definitely be back next time.

The room was comfortable, especially the bedding. The small garden in the back looked lovely, but it was too hot in Hangzhou during my visit, so I didn't spend time there. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious and plentiful, and having them delivered to the room was very convenient. There were fresh fruits every day with a good variety. I brewed some spring water for tea and enjoyed it while admiring the miniature tea garden – it was very pleasant. Tiger Run Park was not far, just about a ten-minute walk. I would definitely be willing to stay here again on my next vacation to Hangzhou.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the afternoon tea and goodnight tea were a thoughtful touch. The room was also very comfortably decorated, with a great view of the greenery outside the window. The service was excellent too; they even brought takeout right to the room. During check-in and check-out, they offered hot tea, snacks, and fruit. Highly recommend!

The room was incredibly beautiful, perfect for taking photos. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, everything was well-prepared! The environment was also lovely. Breakfast could be delivered to the room, and we even received a souvenir when we checked out. The facilities were all well-equipped.

The room amenities were not only complete but also thoughtfully curated – the mini-fridge had a great variety of drinks, there was local Hupao spring water for tea, and a coffee machine was also provided. The welcome gifts were a nice touch, the afternoon tea was plentiful, and the option for in-room breakfast delivery was a lifesaver for anyone wanting to sleep in. Even the duvet had a subtle, pleasant scent. From sight to smell, everything was impeccable. Highly recommend!

The decor is elegant, and the environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for slowing down, enjoying tea, and unwinding amidst the forest. It's incredibly therapeutic.
