288 yuan a night, the room facilities are very poor, and there are many cockroaches running out at night. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I have stayed in such a bad one.

This B&B is located in Hangzhou's Old Town, on a high floor of a hotel. The entrance is directly from the hotel entrance. The location is great, with a bus stop downstairs and Zhejiang Second Hospital across the street, though it's a bit far from the subway station. Dining and shopping are conveniently located downstairs, and Qinghefang Street is within walking distance. The one-bedroom, one-living room room is simple and bright, with plenty of sofas and chairs. The refrigerator and washing machine worked, but the dryer wasn't very useful. Fortunately, it was summer, and clothes could be dried in a day by hanging them on the hangers facing the small balcony. The host was very quick to respond to WeChat messages, and the self-service check-in was very convenient.

This environment is fantastic! It's also close to West Lake. Awesome!

I booked for 3 days, and on the second day around 8 AM, I received a WeChat message asking me to check out and leave the room key in the room. On the last day, around 9 AM, I was asked again if I had checked out. You probably just want me to book the room, pay the money, and then not actually stay there, right?

The environment is very good. You can see the West Lake from the room. It takes only ten minutes to ride a bike to the West Lake. The transportation is very convenient and there are direct buses. The charger was left in the room and the cleaning lady helped to put it away. I am really grateful. I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time. We booked two 1.8 large beds, which also have a balcony, a dryer, a washing machine, and a projector. It is also very quiet at night.

The room is in a great location, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let you see the night view. It's also very clean and has a projection screen.

The hygiene is not good. I stayed there the next day, but the room was not cleaned and the garbage was still in the room. There was no disposable toiletries prepared for me in the evening, and I was told to get them from somewhere else. The service was not good and the experience was terrible.

The hotel has a good location and offers good value for money.
