Hangzhou Hotel

Extremely satisfied, the service was very thoughtful. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator wait times; sometimes we even had to use the staff elevator. While the hotel isn't brand new, the service truly made us feel at home.

This is always my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hangzhou. I've been a loyal customer for decades! The hotel is excellent in all aspects. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The surrounding area has a mature commercial district, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can even enjoy a distant view of West Lake from the hotel, and the environment is fantastic!

The hotel's location is superb. It's very close to Wulin Square Metro Station Exit E, just a short walk through the underpass. Nearby, you'll find Guoda, Yintai, Hang Lung, Hangzhou Centre, and Hangzhou Tower. It's only one metro stop to Kerry Centre and two stops to in77. The cleaning staff were very polite, and the breakfast was also excellent.

The room environment was very good, and the front desk service was quite enthusiastic. It's very close to the subway exit, the surrounding area is nice, and there are many places to eat. It's only a 10-minute bike ride to Duanqiao (Broken Bridge) and Wulin Square Night Market. The only downside is the soundproofing; on our second day, we could clearly hear children running around upstairs. The breakfast was also quite rich.

The room was spacious with new facilities and a sofa, which made for a generally pleasant stay. The location was particularly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, and the service was quite good. We visited West Lake, Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Science and Technology Museum, Natural History Museum, and Wetland Museum – highly recommended for families with children.

The location here is truly excellent, and the views are fantastic. There's the Grand Gateway shopping mall right downstairs, and Wulin Square subway station is just across the street. Plus, the hotel's soundproofing is really good. It's super convenient for getting anywhere.

This was one of my worst stays in Hangzhou. There were three obvious issues: First, around 4 PM, there was a fire drill without any prior notification. A planned drill could have easily been announced in advance. Instead, when the fire alarm went off, only one person was standing by the elevator, waiting for everyone to come out before telling them it was a drill. Second, the curtains didn't close properly, so even a little light from outside made the room too bright. Third, the air conditioning was ineffective; even on maximum cooling, the temperature barely dropped, only decreasing by one degree over the entire night.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and the experience was very good. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and nutritious.

Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay here, and it offers great value for money. The room was cleaned very well; there were no obvious stains on the floor or in the bathroom, and the bed sheets and duvet covers had clearly been changed. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the soundproofing was decent – I barely heard any noise from the hallway, so I slept soundly at night. Hot water came quickly, and both the air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and handled check-in and check-out quickly. The lobby manager, Xiao He, was efficient and quick to resolve any issues, making for a very pleasant experience. Plus, night markets and shopping malls are just a few minutes' walk away, making it super convenient for getting around. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.
