Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Wulin Square

The hotel facilities are very new, and it's close to the subway station. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to West Lake, and you can enjoy beautiful lake views. They offer smart services, like robots delivering takeaways, which is really convenient. The staff are also very professional and friendly.

I really like Hampton's toiletries and bedding; they ensure a great night's sleep. The soundproofing is also very good. The only slight drawback is that the breakfast selection is too limited, and the dishes, bread, and pastries are pretty much the same every day.

The manager upgraded us to a room with a West Lake view, which was fantastic! It's super convenient for dining and shopping, right in the heart of Wulin Square. Definitely recommend it to friends.

The room offers a stunning view of West Lake, and it's conveniently located near Bai Causeway, making sightseeing a breeze. The breakfast spread was also excellent, and there are plenty of dining options around the hotel. Choosing Hilton Garden Inn was definitely a good call!

The location is fantastic, right next to Wulin Square, and close to Wulin Gate and Wulin Square subway stations. We could even walk to West Lake from here! Our room had a lovely view of West Lake, which was really pleasant. We opted for the 'Little Squad' family room, which came with a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed. The room was decorated so warmly, and there was even a little tent 🏕️ that our child absolutely loved. They also provided kids' slippers, toiletries, and a welcome fruit platter, which was a very thoughtful touch.
