Hangzhou Xihu Yingxiang Hotel (Liulangwenying Leifengta Branch)

I absolutely loved this hotel! So many great things to highlight! This trip was a family outing to Suzhou and Hangzhou, with both seniors and children, and it was quite a long one. Hangzhou was our final stop, and after staying three nights, I'm incredibly glad I chose this hotel right by West Lake! First, the water dispenser! I absolutely loved it. It's truly wonderful. Even five-star hotels like InterContinental usually only provide kettles, so this water dispenser was a huge perk for us who prefer hot water! Second, the spacious square bathtub! My child absolutely loved splashing around in it. It was fantastic. The hot water came out incredibly fast, within a second or two. You could just turn on the hot tap directly, no need to mix in cold water, and the temperature was perfect! So comfortable! Third, the rectangular desk! Oh my goodness, this was a lifesaver for a working mom like me, who brings her laptop everywhere! I even found myself working at it on a Saturday night! The power outlets were conveniently located, and its proximity to the bed meant I could easily keep an eye on my child. Truly excellent! Fourth, the soft, padded leather bedside tables! Finally, no more jarring clunks or scrapes when putting down my phone or a glass of water. This is a huge plus for light sleepers like me! As someone who appreciates attention to detail, this hotel not only met but truly exceeded my expectations. I will wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend it to all my friends and colleagues visiting Hangzhou, whether for leisure or business! It's absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is new, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and quite spacious. They also provided welcome fruits and some snacks. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from West Lake.

Surprisingly good, and very clean! The service was excellent. The breakfast was hearty and nutritious.

The location is super convenient, making it incredibly easy to access all the attractions around West Lake. The hotel environment is lovely, and the facilities feel quite new and modern. The breakfast was very considerate, even offering options for children. Our butler would also proactively share the next day's menu each evening to check for any dietary restrictions.
