Banzhe 3 Hotel

I had to extend my stay for another night due to an errand, so here's a continued review: 1. **Poor Hygiene**. When I entered the room and was about to put away my clothes, I saw several long hairs on the chair, which immediately grossed me out 🤢. Upon closer inspection, there were also hairs on the sink. I have no idea who the previous guest was, or if they had any illnesses. It's truly disgusting to think about. 2. **Poor Service**. (1) **Deposit Extortion**. The woman who checked me in was very nice, smiling and friendly—kudos to her. However, when I returned in the evening, I had forgotten my room key inside the room. The guy at the front desk was so rude and stiff, acting as if I owed him a fortune, and demanded an additional 20 yuan deposit. If that's the policy, then just charge an extra 1000 yuan upfront during check-in, and I wouldn't mind. But this additional 20 yuan deposit made me feel like a thief who would steal their room card. It's sickening. (2) **Luggage Cart**. I wanted to borrow a luggage cart to move my three delivery boxes, but they said they didn't have one. In the end, the property management next door lent me one without even checking ID or asking for a deposit—that was great! Compared to the 20 yuan 'thief' deposit, it's like night and day. 3. **Good Surroundings**. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away, and there are many snack bars nearby.

I've stayed here several times for business trips to Hangzhou. The facilities are new and very comfortable, and the location is super convenient. The breakfast is also excellent, with a very talented chef from Taizhou. However, room cleaning needs more attention, especially for rooms occupied by men. This time, there was a strong odor and short hair on the bedside table.

The facilities are complete and stylish. The room size is decent, and the view is great. The breakfast is unique and delicious. It's very close to Zhejiang University, making it convenient to get there by bike. The only thing is that it was especially hot during the National Day holiday, and the duvet felt really thick. It was too hot to sleep with, but too cold without. I suggest providing thinner duvets during the hot summer months.

It's really clean, which is to be expected since it's brand new. It's also super convenient, just a couple of hundred meters from the metro! Great for getting to the East Station via Line 19, and Line 10 is also available!

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around, and the area is relatively quiet. Although the room isn't large, it's clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great!
