The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The hotel is right by a subway station, very close to West Lake and Hefang Street. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted good. The lobby had a pleasant aroma, and the facilities were new. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended! The late-night congee service was a thoughtful touch; my child really enjoyed it and felt warm inside!

I had some small cakes that needed to be kept frozen, and the front desk staff kindly stored them in their fridge for me. When I went to pick them up, both the restaurant auntie and the front desk gentleman helped me out. Although the room wasn't huge, the amenities were really practical and well-arranged. I particularly liked the small trash can on the vanity – very convenient for ladies doing their makeup. It was also great that the restaurant, gym, and laundry room were all on the same floor. Plus, the hotel is right by a subway station, making getting around super easy.

I chose this Atour hotel to see an art exhibition in Hangzhou, as it's very close to the subway station, which made getting around so much easier. The room was clean, but a bit dry, I'm not sure if it was due to the central air conditioning. The shower had great water pressure, breakfast was plentiful, it was quiet, and the bedding was good too.

The windowless room was very well designed; it didn't feel cramped at all and was very quiet, perfect for a deep sleep.
